TXT Alerts
After feedback from our trial schools we've taken our TXT Gateway an additional step further and created TXT Alerts. This is an additional product that allows you to send pre-defined text messages to database members or groups from designated mobile phones. Our objective was to provide you with all the power of our TXT Gateway yet free you from needing your computer.
What this means is that a sports coach can simply text a set of codes to the TXT gateway and it will then send a message (e.g. soccer is cancelled today) to all parents/players of the team.
Another example might be a teacher on a school trip submitting an absentee message directly to the parents of the absent child/children.
One of the key things about the system is that it is very flexible - you create the messages, and you define how you want to use the system.
