Email Gateway
The Schoolgate Email Gateway provides a unique, powerful and inexpensive way to communicate with your students, parents, teachers, Board members and so on.
You can create professional looking Emails that maintain the same identity as your school website. This gives your school a consistent brand identity across all communication types (letterhead, website, Email).
Emails can be assigned to groups (e.g. parents of Room 9, 7th form girls, etc) making communication fast and flexible. Multiple Emails can be loaded into a scheduler to be sent on pre-determined dates.
An inbuilt monitoring system allows you to see if recipients are reading Emails. If Emails request that recipients click a link to the school website, you can monitor which recipients respond.
